Mike has nearly 10 years of investment and finance experience in the healthcare and life sciences industries. He is dedicated to partnering with visionary companies and leaders to provide capital solutions that catalyze the next generation of medical innovation.

Prior to joining K2HV, Mike was a Vice President on the investment team at Athyrium Capital Management, where he specialized in structured capital solutions for growth-stage healthcare companies. He executed a range of debt and equity investments across the healthcare services and technology sectors. Mike was also actively engaged in the strategic and operational management of several of his portfolio companies. He began his career in investment banking at Guggenheim Partners, where he worked on M&A transactions involving biotech and pharmaceutical companies.

Mike received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
